Article Guidelines

Article Structure and Organization
Articles should generally include these key sections: title, authors, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion/conclusions, acknowledgments, references, and figures/tables. Sections should be organized under relevant headings and subheadings, tailored to the subject and journal requirements.

Formatting Specifications
Titles should be concise (ideally under 20 words) and accurately reflect the main message without puns or idioms. Abstracts must summarize the research clearly in a single paragraph, remaining within the journal's word limit (commonly 200–300 words). Keywords (up to 8) should enhance discoverability.

Language and Readability
Articles must be written in clear English, with consistent use of either UK or US English throughout. Consider external editing if language is a challenge. Copyediting may not be provided by some publishers, so readability is crucial.

Ethical and Legal Requirements
Declare any competing interests, funding sources, and ethics committee approvals as required. Data sharing, author contributions, and consent statements must be included when relevant. Plagiarism and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.

Content and Reporting Standards
Ensure originality and scientific value in findings; rigorous methods should be described to allow reproducibility. For experimental studies, report details like sample size, statistical methods, and study period, and avoid mixing results with methods.

Revision and Peer Review
Follow the target journal's specific "guide for authors" for formatting, length, and required documents. Revise your manuscript thoroughly before submission, as clarity and completeness are often deciding factors in acceptance.

References and Supplementary Material
Reference current and relevant literature (ideally within the past 10 years) and avoid irrelevant citations. Figures and tables should be detailed, cited in the text, and filed according to journal instructions.

Plagarism Policy

A plagiarism policy is crucial for maintaining academic integrity in article publishing. Plagiarism involves using another's work, ideas, or words without proper attribution, and is considered a serious violation by reputable journals.

Definition and Scope
Plagiarism includes copying text, figures, tables, or ideas from previously published sources without citation, as well as self-plagiarism (reusing one's own published material without proper reference). Both full plagiarism (verbatim copying) and partial plagiarism (mixing or rephrasing from different sources without appropriate acknowledgment) are unacceptable.

Detection Process
Submitted manuscripts are routinely checked for plagiarism using detection software and manual review before the peer review process begins. If plagiarism is discovered during or after publication, journals conduct investigations and may involve institutions or academic authorities.

Consequences
If plagiarism is found, consequences may include:

  • Immediate rejection of the manuscript
  • Notification to the author's institution or employer
  • Temporary or permanent prohibition on further submissions
  • Retraction of published articles and online marking of plagiarized papers

Author and Editorial Responsibilities
Authors must ensure the originality of their work, properly cite all sources, seek permissions for reusable copyrighted content, and provide clear attribution for direct quotations or paraphrases. The editorial team is responsible for verifying submissions for plagiarism, communicating suspected cases to authors, and taking corrective actions when misconduct is confirmed.

Appeals and Misconduct Resolution
Authors may appeal plagiarism decisions if wrongly accused by providing supporting evidence. Editorial committees or boards review such appeals fairly and make unbiased determinations.

This policy is designed to uphold the integrity and originality of scholarly communication and is strictly enforced by reputable publishing organizations.
